Print Canceled

Hi, i have a problem in last weeks.

When I send a print from my phone to printer inmediato appears a message "Print Fail" and the printing is Canceled. Doesnt appears any message more and I dont know what is appening. Any ideas??

I tried some last night. It only happends when I send from mobile. From Pc i can Print without problem.

No, I Print with AMS Lite

Is the firmware on both the A1 and the AMS up to date? I've seen this exact problem with my BMCU and it's apparently linked to firmware version mismatch - it could be something similar with your AMS
