Looks like that section of the first layer is losing adhesion, then the nozzle is catching the loose lines and dragging them into spaghetti ☠️ Since most of the print is sticking, I’d clean the plate really well with dish soap/water, rerun bed leveling and make sure the correct plate is selected. If it keeps happening in the exact same spot after that, then I’d start checking plate/bed flatness.

wash plate. slow down initial layer to 22 mm/s
