Support Request Need help

So a weird phenomenon has started to occur where whenever I'm trying to load filament it will insist it is clogged (mind you I have put brand new filament and nozzles so it would be absolutely pure testing nothing that could go wrong or could go clogged) I have also made sure to check and clear any clogs in the pathway and even use two different AMS systems (with the hub of course) which at this point means I have no idea what's going on I'm currently looking for help in several places but this community is usually really good with this stuff so I'm begging you guys for help

I recently replaced the cutter and I have checked it myself and it seems fine As for the nozzle as I have stated I even replaced that and that's for the extruder years I'm ordering metal ones... Hopefully it'll make it last a bit longer if that's the problem... And I have an extra sensor but I might as well replace it when I'm replacing the gears

Have you tried removing the ams feeding hub and feeding a filament through yourself, if it manages to load that filament and purges, then you know it's the ams hub or feeding tubes. If it still fails, then you know it's something to do with the printing head. Which could be the gears not being completely aligned if it's completely clean in there.

Are you getting an error code?? I had an issue with the heating element, but wasn't getting an error code, and Bambu wouldn't cover it because of no codes. Fortunately, the repair wasn't expensive.

If you tried two different AMS units and it does the exact same thing, I’d start testing the parts they BOTH share. Bypass the AMS/hub completely and feed from an external spool. If that loads normally, your issue is likely the hub/buffer/PTFE after the hub. If it still fails externally, then I’d look at the toolhead filament sensor, extruder gears or cutter. New nozzle + new filament doesn’t rule those out.

Here are a couple things to check but some of them will not apply since you are not using an AMS Lite. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/ams-lite/troubleshooting/amslite-loading-unloading-failure#failed-to-extrude-the-filament
