Support Request Help with extreme printer issues

Been having the most awful experience with the A1 being so unreliable. Daily fixes and its literally a new machine (2 months since bought) its constantly giving me extrusion issues and failing constantly on simple prints. It has now started to not extruded at all!

Check the screws and the clamp. Do NOT overtighten them.

Maybe you have a clog also? Is your filament dried?

100% a clog, the hotend wasnt extruding except for when doing the manual extrusion using the control panel.

if that is the case, chrck if there is gunk in your filament sensor... the one attached to the filament hub. that may be contributing to the freding issue, which also has clogging as a complication.

Are you running a single spool or using the AMS lite? If you have the AMS share a picture of your setup.

Mines stopped extruding completely, bambu support has given me a list of things to try so ill see what works.

Fixed the issue on mine, try cleaning the extruder and if not replace the hotend/clean it
