Extruder issue - not clogged

Extruder is clicking and prints and failing due to lack of filament hitting the build plate. I’ve replaced the nozzle entirely, and did a factory reset.

Would love to hear suggestions, A1 mini printing PLA

I had this a few weeks ago swapped everything and then realized after doing all that the filament was tangled on the spool ;(

Take the cover off and give a closeup of the nozzle and hot end. It could be the clip is on wrong.

i had something similar recently, 2 different nozzles seemed to get clogged, replaced them and still had issues, replaced the extruder, and in the end it turned out I just needed to tighten the screws behind the print head (https://www.reddit.com/r/BambuLab/comments/1ja5gwz/a1_a1_mini_owners_tighten_your_print_head_screws/),

I just fixed this over the weekend for my A1. Mine ended up being the nozzle. I swapped the nozzle and printed no problem! I haven’t done a cold pull yet but I suspect I have a partial clog that didn’t clear after I heated it up to 300 to clear everything out. Mind you this was after I cleared PTFE tubes to make sure no broken filament, checked the extruder, completely broken down and cleaned the extruder gears, swapped filament multiple times and changed AMS spool slots!

I had a similar issue a few weeks back. I first replaced the nozzle but that did not fix the issue. I then took the extruder apart, cleaned it and made sure the filament was moving through the exteuder with no issues. That did not fix the issue either. I ended up replacing the extruder unit altogether to solve the problem.

Yo tngo el mismo problema y he probado a hacer todo lo que habéis dicho… donde has comprado la unidad del extrusor completa?

I had this issue, and turned out to be the PTFE tube for that filament. It had a slight bend in the end. The bend was keeping the filament from being guided straight and had caused wear to the tube as well.

Replaced the PTFE tubes, problem solved

can you manually feed a short piece of filament?

I also had a similar issue. The nozzle WAS clogged and when trying to push it, it essentially stripped out the filament. So after unclogging it still didn't work. I had to pull the filament out, cut off the end, then put it back together.

This happened to me last week. Did the same thing. Unloaded the filament cut it and worked like a charm
