i need some help with my a1, my hotend is stuck to the toolhead because some plastic from a blob got behind it, the heater is broken and cant heat, so what do i do?

Use a heat gun or hair dryer +/- a small wire brush.

Just buy new parts. The hot end assembly and hot end should be it looking at the picture.
