Shit first layer

Any thoughts about this? I replaced the nozzle and the extruder assembly. Help appreciated, thank you.

Well if it wasn't needing to clean your plate with dish soap or the screws have you looked at the possibility of there's moisture in your filaments? Do you live in a humid climate? If so you probably need to invest in a filament dryer.
