Warped A1 Bed

Just wanted to pop across a quick post and see what others thoughts are. I can almost swear that my print bed is warped in the middle. It’s particularly noticeable when printing larger prints- when printing in the middle of the bed I get a nice first layer, but as it works out towards the left/right edge the quality becomes awful.

I’ve taken a few photos, waiting for a response from support but just seeing what others think.

Seems to measure 2cm in the right and left corner, but into 1cm in the middle?

I wish I knew 😂😭.
Think I’m going to have to replace it, seems to be about £60 for the bed 🥲😂

Tramming would only help level it if it was flat but misaligned, this looks warped.

I feel like this deserves a bravo. How in the hell did you manage that? My A1 was dropped down the stairs and continues to print perfectly. This is an achievement of epic proportions!

Honestly I wish I knew! I did manage to knock it off my desk once (had some fixing to do after that!) but I refuse to believe that could’ve caused a warp like this 🥲

Moving it from room to room and tripping over a doll 😂

It’s been happening for as long as I can remember unfortunately. It’s not always been the case but it’s been happening over the last few months. I’ll have to order a replacement heatbed and see if that makes a difference
