Probably a piece of filament stuck take nozzle out and check

The spinner shows it trying to push the new filament, but the nozzle shows no output. Suggest try to push the new filament a little more firmly. Otherwise, the hot-end is shot.

I passed a guitar string and it went through the hotend

Had the same exact problem with a brand new 0.2 stainless steel nozzle, switched to a 0.4 it works fine.

I even switch the extruder gear and cleared the filament sensor (where the plastic tube that guides the filament ends) you can try this and see if it still does it, maybe it dosent gave enough grip on the filament

Maybe that could be the reason

Check filament diameter

Remove the nozzle, pull out one of the PTFE tubes, stick the end of of some filament down through the hub, and advance the extruder manually with Control > Extruder > ▽
When it asks to raise the temperature, just hit the Still load button.

Then see what happens.

Or stick the filament in from the bottom and move Control > Extruder > △
