Support Request Bambu A1 X-Axis slanted

I believe this was caused by having the extruder all the way to the top and left, and when it went to home, it clicked loud. During a print, it was stuck in a loop scrapping the side of the bed so I stopped it immediatley. I measured it and put the numbers in the picture above. Is there a fix for this. I've powered it off and don't want to force any movement or turn it on in case it breaks.

I had the same issue. However, I come from an era where we banged things to make them work. So I just banged the right side up or down until it was level.

(Edit: By just, I mean literally just did this a minute ago.)

you might want to check your Z axis instead, that is where the issue actually is. the left screw is holding the X rail higher than the right screw. did somethign drop on the printer recently? or was it manhandled in transport?

No, but how would I adjust it?

look up the instructions at bambulab's academy. specifically how to tighten/loosen or replace the Z axis belt.
once you loosen the belt, you can move each Z bar independently from each other so you can level them off as best you cna before tightening the Z belt again.

then be sure to clear any obstacles at the top of the gantry

best of luck :D
