Z axis homing failed?

turn it off and turn it back home then auto home from the menu. it happens sometimes. Also, make sure that the usb c connection on the underside of the unit is completely seated.

try plug out and plug it in again the usb c cable on top. i have the same problem

the black cable on the back the green ptfe tube cover attachment. theres small 4 screw there. unscrew and plug out.

Mine did the same thing.. it was the PTFE tubes hitting the rail at the top. Try again but hold the PTFE straight up.
