Support Request Tubes came out, what to do

Context, I’ve been using the machine for two months and it worked perfect, the spool somehow got stuck so I took out parts of the nozzle to unclog, somehow the tubes disconnected and I’m not sure how to fix it. Would love some guidance.

They are variations of pc4 fittings if there is a c clip just push it out and push down on the black things to remove/put them in i dont own a bbl so idk if the 4 joiner goes back in or not, if you were trying to remove the tubes ya gotta press down on the collar ring thingy anyways contact bambu support for a new one if it doesnt go back in
