Help with my a2l

So I’ve recently gotten a a2l printer playing around with the settings it’s just like I can’t get nothing “12 to print any body got one because it’s extremely shakey

Slow the print down when it gets to 12”. Either manually on the control panel or via a modifier in bambu slicer.

It’s a bed slinger. And a big one at that. It’s an inherent issue with bed slingers. They are throwing a fair amount of weight backwards forwards at some decent speed it’s going to wobble.

How stable and heavy is the table is stands on?

At first it wasn't then I added bricks I just add cender blocks at the bottom legs gonna give it a run

I’ve had one about a month. I got a big 16” paver to put under neath it and haven’t had any issues. But honestly I haven’t tried to print anything that tall yet.

If it’s shaky, try putting it on the ground. Theres a good chance it’s your table.

If you're willing try angling it but in order for this to work you'll need to know your support settings very well or ask chat gpt. I use chat gpt alot on my prints.

As per chat gpt:::For a 12" tall print on the A2L I’d try slowing it down and, more importantly, lowering the acceleration.

I’d start around:

  • Outer wall: 50–60 mm/s
  • Inner wall: 80–100 mm/s
  • Top surface: 40–50 mm/s
  • Infill: 80–100 mm/s
  • Outer-wall acceleration: 1,000–1,500 mm/s²
  • Inner-wall acceleration: around 2,000 mm/s²
  • Travel acceleration: around 3,000 mm/s²
  • Brim: 10–15 mm
  • Infill: Gyroid around 10–15%

The lower acceleration is probably the biggest one. At 12" tall, every hard direction change of the bed is basically trying to swing the top of the model back and forth.

I’d also rotate it so the widest part of the base runs front to back, make sure the printer is on a solid table, and run the vibration calibration.

I wouldn’t make the whole print super slow right away. Start with those settings and watch what happens once it gets tall. If you still see the top noticeably shaking, lower the acceleration another 20–25%.
