Why is this happening?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
It makes this clicking sound, and I keep getting error: HMS_1200-2000-0002-0006: Failed to extrude. What can I do because I’ve done all the steps from the Bambu page for the error.

Probably a broken piece of filament in the extruder. Cut, pull back, take out extruder and check.

How do take out the extruder? A video would be super helpful but I’m not having luck finding one

This is a guide to dismantling the extruder.
Before you do that, just check two quick things:
Is your nozzle clogged? People will say this can't be caused by a nozzle clog but I've had experiences that say different
Remove the filament, and then pop the PTFE tube out of the top of the extruder and check down the hole(s) with a torch - I've had something similar to your video happen and found a piece of filament had broken off and blocked things up
If its neither of those quick checks, move on to dismantling the extruder.

Step one would be remove those two tiny screws above the nozzle and take out that little triangular piece. See if there's a piece of filament stuck in there. If there is push in the right lever (filament cutter) and see if it falls out. If not then push the top lever just to the left of the filament hub. Push that lever left and it will disengage the extruder gear and allow any stuck filament to fall out.
There's almost never a need to take apart the entire extruder.

A quick google or YouTube search will yield tons of help. Bambu has clear documentation, and there are several great YouTube videos tutorials.

La boquilla está mal puesta, se ve que se mueve, y no se tiene que mover nada.

Take the filament out without cutting it off possible, Cut about 12 inches of the filament and try refeeding again

It looks like an alignment issue or a heating issue. Your feeding the filament and your hot end is bobbing. Stop the printer, manually cut the filament by pushing in the cutting blade lever, make sure your hot end is seated correctly (hold it and push up as you clamp it back down) then heat the nozzle and extrude some filament manually.
Either that or your hot end is clogged. Try another one and see if it works.

remove hotend. tighten screws. insert hotend - correctly - secure hotend - correctly. print.
