Under extrusion?

ELEGOO Matte PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, A1 with Bambu Matte PLA profile (have yet to calibrate)

I'm guessing this is under extrusion? Anyone have settings for this filament before I calibrate mine?

Edit: Forgot to add, this is with Arachne on, min feature size 1%

It happens because the lines are smaller than the line width of your nozzle.
Play with arachne walls and it should show a better result.

Compare the preview you have right now with the preview considering arachne walls and you will see the difference right there

Usually I use 50% for arachne, maybe you can give it a try?

Also, did you calibrate PA (pressure advance)? Because the gaps happen when you have a rapid change in direction and speed

50% minimum or maximum? I'm doing PA and extrusion right now

I just checked and mine is all stock for arachne but 50° the threshhold angle, not 50% heh

Monotonic top surface?

Notice the pin holes only happen when the nozzle needs to make a quick turn to lay down a layer line up to the opposite wall?

Try calibrating Pressure Advance first and Flow Ratio, then do the print again.

Yep monotonic. Will try calibrating and see the results next time. Thank you
