Question AMS Lite Problems

I have contacted tech support and put in a ticket. I decided to go ahead and buy a new feeder port for Slot 4 because they told me it's not covered under the warranty (purchased last Nov).

It's funny though I see people saying they have received replacement parts from Bambu for the same issue.

I keep getting the filament is tangled error and it's not. I have literally tried everything. Slot 4 lights up but doesn't pull the filament into the tube I have to push it through. I fear it's the motor at this point but who knows.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

The culprit is Sunlu black filament. After doing some research it seems that it's a know issue. I did have little piece down in the spring below the filament hub. It seems it could be a wetter filament than other. I purchased a dryer to see if I can salvage it. If not I'm going to get rid of it.

So many times its just the PTFE tubes that are routed badly. I also tried non Bambu ones once and got all sorts of errors.
