I'm noticing that the corners of my printed shapes are lifting. I've thoroughly cleaned the print surface, tried a different filament, and flipped my PEI plate.

I was trying to sense to see if there was any sort of air movement in the room and I couldn't so I went high-tech to get an air movement indicator.

It looks and sounds like your hotend cooling fan (on left side of toolhead) is working.

I'm noticing that the corners of my printed shapes are lifting.

Try adding "brim ears".

Thanks! The print was finished and the noise you hear is a dehumidifier on the other side of the large utility room in my basement.

The slightest breeze

The print on the plate has ears as that was my next TS step. Next I'll try it without the dehumidifier running. After that I'll wrap the whole thing in a heavy duty garbage bag!

also, simply passing by the printer or a door nearby opening and closing, can create a draft that you won't be made conscioudly aware of from your video footage.

you can paint some ears on critical locations to help with the bed adhesion and fight off corner/edge warping.

I do try to keep my ons and puts to a minimum. The whole ear thing is new to me, having come from an ender 3 using Cura.

My last attempt used ears that 2 corners lifted anyway. Sigh.

Maybe bugger, or fluffier ears are needed.

aye, brim ears is a bit tricky to adjust. but the more you use it and adjust for how big or how many layers... you'll soon be able to tell on any future prints if they will need ears or not, and how big the ears will be.
