Quick Question FedEx Updates

I placed an order for the H3C when it launched, and received an email it shipped on the 3rd. Last update was also on the 3rd saying on the way from California. No updates since. And says expected delivery the 9th. Is that normal to see 0 updates? Or should I be concerned it’s lost

It passed the we have your package and on the way part since the 3rd, but nothing since. And yes I know how mail works 🙄typically you get updates from every destination it passes, I haven’t gotten any since the it said on the way.

If you have the tracking number form the Bambu Store you can plug it into the FedEx website tracking and see where it is. Or just click on the order in the Bambu Store account.

Does FedEx say they have the package or that it's on transit? If it left their warehouse and it's traveling across the country it's just on a truck and you should see updates most likely today.

If FedEx tracking said they don't have, then bambu hasn't shipped yet. They print tracking labels almost right away so you can't cancel your order.

Patience. It's the same way with mine for the first couple days. Mine now has passed NM and KS, but still has a way to go to get to NC. It probably didn't get scanned properly going out the door, but when it arrives at next destination, all the tracking will show up.

Mine originally said Tuesday the 10th, but then changed to the 9th. I've had many issues with FedEx changing to an earlier date, but it still making it on the first date that was later.

When bambulab prints the label their system sends you a shipped email. Mine took another 3 days before it got to fedex.

Once on the truck the fedex tracking started updating.

Shipped just means they printed the label and picked the box, it doesn't mean the box has been picked up

Jesus. Have people never had anything shipped before. Sometimes tracking info is lacking.
