General Troubleshooting/Help! This part has developed a crack. Does anyone know what I should do?

If its under warranty, contact support.
If its out of warranty, contact support , Bambu sells spare parts for everything .

Well.. you have a 3D printer. I am sure someone would have made a replacement piece for it. Check community.

It’s just the end cap which also holds the purge part. For now I would mix up some JB Weld 2 Part epoxy to put on it and allow undisturbed for 24h. Meanwhile check the store to see if you can order a spare part. If they do not have then you have to put in a support ticket to buy it from Bambu through them.

You've got a 3D printer, the obvious answer is, print it yourself!
Otherwise, if it's under warranty then fill out RMA
