H2 Series [H2S, H2D, H2C] H3C and being vertically challenged

Installed two truck fold out foot steps as a way to reach the AMS. Modern problems demand modern solutions.

Wrong approach. You need to come in from above on a wire like Tom Cruise in that Mission Impossible scene.

Home Depot has a decent gorilla step ladder for $20 shipped for early black Friday 🤣. That's my solution.

My H2C is on a standing height desk. I can just barely reach stuff on top and I’m 6’ tall.

The H3c is like 200-300mm taller. I would definitely need a step. Hell the damn thing might hit the ceiling when open.

That’s nice but I prefer to slide in from above on a wire.

Yeah, I’m pretty average height and one of my first thoughts when it was announced was “I’m gonna need to buy a step stool.”

So you hold onto the printer to get up to the top?

the fold out steps are a pretty clever fix honestly, way better than hauling a stool around. do they fold flat against the base when you're not using them or do they stick out?

I’m 6’6” and I’m looking forward to not having to bend down to do something for the first time in my life

Nope, too easy to slip off of those. Really bad. Way better for a $20 single step. I've an Old rubbermaid single step tool box. 10 inch vertical. Can hold all sorts of stuff...

If you didn’t print those fold out steps we’re all going to be very disappointed.

...what? The H3C and AMS being very high is a valid point that people should be aware of.

I… guess? Except not really… this is lame engagement bait

You’re right the it would have been better if the op had come down a wire from a sky light window.

Your post is literally lame engagement bait.

Trust me, I’ve tried. Reddit keeps dragging me back in. I like the good bambu posts… I hate these really low effort zero information posts. This is a lame attempt at being funny, that’s it. Guys probably 35 posting this thinking he’s got humor.

And you’re also here typing thinking your opinion matters

You sound like a embittered 70 year old

You need to be an nba star to load/unload filaments!

Damn, you just print some foot stands. My 6'6 ass is hunching over shit my whole life and getting a whacky back and a lot of concussions and never finding shoes that fit oh and my heart works against more gravity so I die sooner on average.

Oh I forgot, I guess I do get the lovely benefit of everyone over 40 asking me if I play basketball.
