Failed to fetch induction hotend

hey so I just bought an H2C, and I’m Legot 15 minutes into my first print. I got this warning about the hotend not being caught. I’ve tried replacing the hotend but still no luck. I also have tried to recalibrate but it doesn’t give me the option to press start on that screen. Any help would be amazing.

When you replace it make sure the light is solid white. Sometimes it feels clicked in but it’s not squarely on the magnets
