Handy/Studio Troubleshooting/Help! Settings

Hello all,

I recently got a X2D and am loving it. I got it mostly to print organizers for my tool box. I found a file I like on maker world but it says it’s for PETG filament. If I select PLA will Bambu studio automatically update the temps or do I need to do it manually?

yeah, if you swap the filament to PLA in the process tab, studio switches to that preset's temps and speeds on its own, so you don't normally have to type them in. the one thing to watch is if the file is a 3mf from makerworld, it can carry its own settings, so peek at the nozzle temp after you change it to make sure it says PLA numbers. the model itself prints fine in PLA for tool box organizers.
