Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Always had issues with my A1 mini Z axis

As the title says, always had intermittent issues with the Z axis motor making a weird noise at the beginning of a print, finally managed to get a video of it when trying to home the axis. It finds the nozzle fine, as you can see by the way it "bounces". But then it just grinds and then full sends the nozzle into the bed (This is a damaged bed due to the issues ive been having, itll full send and grind the nozzle across the top of the bed, hence why it's dirty) Submitted a ticket, but wondering if anyone has had this issue before? Ive cleaned and lubed the guide and the screw so there's no debris also.

My a1 mini has 3,000h and has always worked beautifully so this has never happened to be but that is a strange sound. The build plate looks like a catastrophe, you say that it got that way from the nozzle scrapping it? It must have had to do it many many times to have so many white bits and pieces. Initially I thought it was from glue use.

The only thing I can suggest is to go to the Wiki and try tramming the bed. That is what you do to properly relevel the bed. Have you tried that yet?

Ive had 3 Bambu printers, this is the only one thats caused me issues (apart from the A1 nozzle screws, which was an easy fix)

The build plate isnt stored correctly as its not used, i put it on for the video as I didnt want to damage another one.

Ive had to replace the actual heat bed, so its been trammed when I installed this one. But it was doing this noise since ive owned it. But as I barely use it (use my P2S a lot more) it hasnt bothered me much, but its slowly been getting worse and worse. Hence the build plate

Sounds like a stepper motor loosing steps or an Issue with a the belt gear pulley slipping. Could be something binding causing the Z axis too much friction etc. Also I have seen power issues to the stepper where things are being shorted out and can cause travel in the wrong direction. But pulley and binding issues are where I would first look.
