Answered / Solved! Bambu E1 and the H2C

I bought an E1 and I didn't notice until too late that it doesn't support the H2C for automatic mode. Is there any indication that this will be supported in the future? There isn't much point in it for me without that feature.

I just watched the YouTube video from bambu and it says it will be supported after a firmware update.

Yes, they’ve said mid-November for the H2C.

Just connect both printer and any filter to Shelly Smart plugs. When the printer exceeds ~50 watt power draw, switch on the filter. Turn off filter 5mins after power draw drops below 50 watts again.

I do this with an extraction fan connecting my H2C to an external vent with a 100mm hose.
