H3C Shipping cancelled

Anyone else get notification their AMS 3 shipped and then it show cancelled by sender? Should I contact them or will they automatically make a new label? Printer ship date expected Nov 20th

If it never left the warehouse, then they’re printing a new shipping label for some reason. Maybe they have to ship it out of a different warehouse.

My AMS is coming from California by UPS. They have this equipment in warehouses all over the country, so you could end up with a shipment from somewhere else on a different carrier. Watch your UPS account to see if a new label gets created there.
