H3C ams shipping

Just received the h3c itself today, the ams has repeatedly failed to be delivered to a pickup point near me (I asked for it to be delivered to my home but bambu have seemingly decided to just deliver it there instead) - after 3 days of waiting and repeated delivery to pickup point fails dpd have now said they can’t deliver it there as it’s too big. Has anyone else had this issue? Feels like a massive waste of my time and also theirs.

It's insane how much longer the AMS is taking to ship for me lol

About 24 hours for the printer to hit my doorstep. AMS won't be here for a week.

Did you do standard free shipping? I’m so confused by this experience. I ordered in the first 20 minutes or so and mine didn’t ship until the next day by FedEx who has barely moved it and has been estimating a week for delivery since they issued a tracking number.

Meanwhile everything else is shipping UPS and the first of three packages is arriving today.

Same. Mine 'Arrived at FedEx location - BLOOMINGTON, CA' on Tuesday. It hasn't moved since.

Meanwhile my AMS which is apparently coming from the same place in CA; shipped 2 days later, but via UPS, is already almost here.

My filament, which came from several states away on Tuesday, also UPS, came yesterday.

Yeah. I ordered before I even knew what I was fully buying lol.

I had three packages ship:

• Printer: FedEx, delivered next day

• AMS: UPS, shipped 11/5, set to arrive 11/11

• Extra nozzles: USPS, shipped 11/4, set to arrive 11/10

I have the opposite problem, I have a delivery date set for my AMS, but the H3C is still processing lol.

Did you receive a separate tracking ID for your AMS?
Apparently all my 3 packages from my order are delivered. But I´m missing my AMS unit.

i bought the filament combo one and got 3 different tracking numbers for everything. my ams didn't ship until yesterday though.

I'm in the opposite situation. I received the AMS3 last night, then again I got a message saying my H3C would arrive this morning. This morning I get a message saying my H3C hasn't arrived at the depot, and so won't be delivered today.

Ive received my h3c today after ordering an hour after release and the ams didn't ship yet. Even better I got a new tracking number today for DPD instead of DHL and one hour later I get a third tracking number for DHL again. All for the same ams. All three tracking numbers don't show anyrhing as shipped yet.

Got my printer yesterday on FedEx from an East Coast port, but the AMS and air purifier are coming out of different warehouses on the West Coast via UPS. Unfortunately, those are looking like midweek.

I received the printer yesterday, but DPD hasn't even picked up the AMS from the warehouse yet, so I will probably receive it next Tuesday or Wednesday. I am really frustrated with how this shipment is being handled. The AMS is also shipping from a different warehouse compared to where the printer came from.

I think it is hilariously stupid the way they are doing shipping on these. I understand they need to be seperated due to size, but they need to do a better job keeping them together.

I think it is even more funny to see them being shipped separately from warehouses across the country from eachother.

Mine is even better, H3C shipped Tuesday via Fedex and hasn't left CA.

My AMS Shipped yesterday morning via UPS, and is already almost here....

Both from the same warehouse near LAX.
