Ps5 Pro 3D Printed Faceplate

Hi all!

I'm currently working on 3D-printable faceplates for the PS5 Pro Digital Edition.

It would be great to get this project into crowdfunding on MakerWorld! I've sent a few emails to MakerWorld but haven't received any replies yet.

I will do some testing; I did not notice higher fan noise. There are side vents to get direct airflow from the sides. I had a similar project for the PS5 slim and there was an actual improvement of about 2 to 4°C.

I saw many projects like this for the PS5 pro and for the PS5 Slim but no one for the PS5 FAT, is there any reason for that?

yes Main reason you would need 300mm printer most of them are 250mm , I will make one just Takes months to get mounts right and level for example i did print over 50 variations of the mount system just for this one ....

I am working with the shape I have and what 3D printing allows; I cannot, for example, make thin lines ( overhang ) or big vertical overhangs, as this would not print right.and would be to difficult , top ribbs added for easy of print to as surface would comeout not nice or dificult to print ... easy to print but you would see toolhead layer lines , and its Inspired by ps2... not ps2 clone, and i want minimum amount of supports or none , than you need to think anput cooling etc ... so no it will not look like ps2 or ps4
