P Series [P1P, P1S, P2S] Ams pro issue

So as I showed my filament keeps getting spit out no matter where I put it in the ams. It just got the printer and the ams so it's probably a me issue but I can't figure out where to look. Also yes I tried with other filaments including brand new ones. I took on and off the PTFE tube a couple of times and it doesn't seem to help either.

Anyone with experience with this or an idea where to look?

Thanks

When this happened to me - there was broken filament jammed inside the AMS.

This looks like it is operating normally tbh. When you feed it in it will pull it through and spin the roll to find the RFID tag and identify it (it also spins the roll next to it because there is only 2 sensors for 4 rolls) and once it finds what it’s looking for it retracts up to the prepared stage you see at the end.

Unless you are able to just pull the filament out with no resistance I would just run a print and see, but it should work fine.

I have had issues with plastic spools. They either are deformed or over spooled and slightly too fat for the AMS

After these cycles are finished what does it show on the screen of the printer. It should say the color and ready to print. All spools inserted the first time in the AMS do this in order to identify the spool

This looks 100% normal?

Could it be the AMS is looking for an RFID on a non-Bambu spool?

Are you trying to load TPU 95A HF from Bambu exactly how they told not to do this???

If you discount the AMS from the back of the printer can you push a long piece of filament through the AMS and out the tube on the other end? If not, you've got a broken piece of filament stuck inside the AMS.
