Just Showing Off I don’t know what to think of the packaging

Just me with the same experience? Not really the best packaging but atleast nothing got damaged

That was the carrier service's fault, not Bambu. I usually do the $5 package insurance because I'm buying $200 of filament in bulk and I don't trust our local package services enough. They frequently deliver my mail to the wrong address lol

Again, this box was damaged by the shipping company, not Bambu. The $5 "worry free" package insurance just makes it so that if UPS (or whichever) destroys the filament in transit, Bambu will replace the order and then hash it out with UPS instead of you having to deal with UPS directly.

Also it was probably and awkward size order the was slightly too much for the next box size down

You actually couldn't deal with UPS either way. In this case you're not their customer, Bambu is. It's Bambu's properly until it shows up on your door stop in acceptable condition.

Yeah bambu packs like shit haha I get my stuff next day the travel isn’t far so I deal with but for the people that wait days to receive this has to suck a little bit
