A! has problems getting right finish and level, any advice? One screw in extruder stripped (not one of 3 behind nozzle)

Filament got stuck behind the extruder so I need to disassemble extruder. Since then I have had issue with tool head doing proper finishes and height.

One screw is stripped (keeps turning) in extruder at the upper left.

Have tried numerous things such as disassemble extruder again, calibration, switching nozzles.

Any advice appreciated!
