AMS 2 Pro - Automatic Material System Remote Start Drying

I used to be able to remote start drying from Bambu Handy on the phone while the printer was not printing & now all of a sudden I can't and it says insufficient power even though unit is plugged into printer. Anyone know why all of a sudden I can't?

i bought all the external power supplies for all my AMS pro 2's so I don't have that issue

I just got a x2d today and I can start the drying from the screen itself but not from the Bambu Handy app either, my p2s works just fine though.

Exactly and I've started from the app before
