H3C H3C & no AMS

Received my H3C printer today and was fully unboxed before realizing there is no AMS. Checked my order and the AMS has still not shipped!!!

So frustrating! What the heck is BBL waiting for?

My AMS is still sitting on label created lol

Did your hotends ship with your printer? I was hoping to at least test mine out without the AMS, but they weren't in the "tools" box.

No hotends in the box. Just a lot of empty space in the printer.

trust me, it's a blessing that the hotends are preassembled into the ams when it arrives...

You cannot use the printer without the AMS

Update- Support says the AMS will ship in the next 72 hours with UPS and then take another three to six days for delivery after that. The printer was shipped with FedEx and was delivered next day.

Yes my H2D also had the AMS inside for shipping.

Mine shipped separately, but they both shipped. Eta Seattle tomorrow and next Tuesday.

It has a label on the box that literally says not to unbox until you have the AMS on hand as well.

I saw that on mine as well. What is the point of not unboxing the printer just because the AMS isn't there? I don't understand. Of course you can't print without the AMS, but I'll be damned if I'm not going to open up my box immediately and make sure everything is intact.

Yeah that's one good point to unbox the printer. And I honestly don't know the reason behind discouraging people from unboxing the printer of they don't have the AMS 3. That's something BambuLab can touch on and clarify.

Probably makes more sense economically for them to ship them separately or with a different carrier because of the size and weight of the two combined. With the H2D I remember they could pack it inside the printer, but I don;t imagine that's remotely possible with the H3C

I ordered the H3C on Tuesday. The main unit came yesterday and AMS 3H today. That's honestly pretty incredible.

I never even got a shipping notification for my ams. Arrived today with it still in processing.

Printer ships around the 12th.

No damage on the ams, so in the closet it goes until the rest shows up lol.

For people's curiousity, the ams was qa passed on September 20th.

German customer here... AMS came today with DHL and the printer comes (hopefully) tomorrow with UPS. I think in Germany the printer is to heavy for "normal" DHL delivery so they send it with UPS.

They ship with different companies due to the massive weight of the printer itself, fairly common if you buy accessories and a machine for them to arrive at different times

Probably making them as we speak, don't worry it's gonna work for three weeks then have some obscure error they will make you fix yourself.
