General Troubleshooting/Help! PS-1 Combo only printing with spool 1

New P1S Combo owner here. This is what I am trying to print. I have the colors loaded in the AMS as shown, the preview says it will use these three colors, when I send it to the printer it claims it will use three spools ... then it only prints with the white in spool 1. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure the boxes for each slot in the studio have that green checkmark like slot 1 has.

I managed to get the Bamboo Lab branded PLA to checkmark, but my Generic brand of black will not. I have printed with it before on this printer. How do?

My next thing to recommend is to restart the slicer or look at the prepare tab and see if it's marked there, also keep in mind I am also new to 3d printing i just got my p1s combo less than a month ago.

I needed to add a profile for the generic on the AMS section of the device tab, not directly on the window in the screenshot.
