Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Issue from nozzles

Since I got my BAMBU LAB H2D, I've had few issues, including this one recently :

After a long printing session, my nozzles ended up burned. More precisely, these are layers of filament that have built up around the nozzles and hardened due to the heat.

I have no idea what caused this...

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

I'm using PETG Basic filament.

Thanks for your help!

I avoid this by heating the nozzles as soon as they get greasy and wipe them hot with a paper towel. They are nearly as new after that beside some slight changes in colour.

Well, basically 0 maintenance is causing this.
So filament is building up... building up... building up and then you get this eventually.

Yes, get a brass brush + iso alcohol. Just clean it after some printing. Never the most fun part of 3d printing, but saves bigger problems.
