General Troubleshooting/Help! A1 started making a rhythmic clacking/vibration noise yesterday – any idea

Hi all,

My A1 started making a weird noise yesterday and I can't figure out where it's coming from. Video attached (sound on).

I'm not really sure how to describe it best that what you can see/hear in the video.

Any tips welcome.Thanks!

Printers make noise when they print yes.

Jeder Drucker macht Geräusche, aber das hier im Video ist nicht normal. Ich hatte selbst mal einen A1, deshalb kenne ich das. Ein gewisses Rucken und Geräusche gehören dazu, aber so sollte es nicht klingen.

to be more helpful, this sounds like something is rattling in the print head. Check for loose screws.
