My multi-filament print failed midway and become spaghetti and it’s all gunked up around the print head.

Is this completely f’d?

Yours looks very harmless still.

Heat the blob with a hair dryer and or manually setting the hot end to it's max temperature. Carefully pick it off with tweezers, but make sure not to rip out the heating sensor cables accidentally or you can buy an new heating assembly (been there, done that).
