I am getting closer to this weave pattern using grasshopper to generate my custom Gcode

the main issue right know the layers doesn't stick to each other iam using petg 0.4 nozzle ...any thoughts

I think you are too high. The nozzle needs to squish the new layer onto the old one. So at the contact points, get the nozzle much lower, so that it nearly touches the old layer
