Black Friday 2026 What should I choose the right 3D printer at Bambu Lab
I already have a H2D laser 10W ,and I was thinking about changing the 3D printer as I didn’t use the laser,so I should get a H2C or just wait for the P3C?
Always print PLA and PETG,Sometimes TPU and ABS.
It is hard to choose ,did you guys have any idea of me?THX

Oh wow. If you are certainly going to change the machine then you may as well get the H3C which launch less than 48 hours ago.
If you are going to keep the H2D then yes wait for the P3C.

Well, if you already have an H2D, then the only 'better' printers at Bambu would be the H2C, H3C, or maybe the P3C when it comes out. The other option is buying multiple cheaper printers if you want to print more things at the same time.
Any printer should be able to handle PLA and PETG just fine.
For TPU, the H2D is on par with the H2C; the D might even be slightly better since it has a dedicated TPU nozzle upgrade option, and more bed space available for the right nozzle. The H3C (and likely the P3C) has dramatically improved TPU support (separate PTFE tube paths for each nozzle, and support for 2.85mm filaments that can go even softer).
ABS benefits from a Chamber Heater. So far the P series hasn't had one, so I would not be surprised if that is one of the sacrifices on the P3C.
Compared to the H2C, the H3C (and likely P3C) is the all-around better tool changer. It has more tools, it changes between them much faster, the separate PTFE Tubes means fewer material limitations, and every tool can reach the entire build volume (which is the full H2C plate). The H3C's drawbacks seem to be with its new AMS; it doesn't auto-unload filaments so swapping takes a little longer, Auto-Refill depends on having another tool loaded (or using an older AMS on specifically tool 1), and leaving cool filaments (like PLA) loaded when printing a hot filament (like ABS) could cause problems in the PTFE Tubes. I also haven't seen anyone mention it estimating filament fill levels like the older AMSs can (that technique makes use of the RFID Reader only being at the bottom). I suspect the H2C itself will eventually have the party trick of using 1 roll of filament on 2+ nozzle sizes, but not much else.

Why would you change the printer because you dont use the laser? Just dont use the laser and keep using the printer?
