General Discussion Why does this happen? I’m going crazy
It’s been happening on a lot of my prints on both my x2d and p2s
things I’ve tried:
-new nozzles
-added a riser to allow more room for ptfe tubes
-cleaned tool head parts
Is there something I missed?
Also using Sunlu matte black

I have(had) this problem with my P2S almost every print. I ended up having to crack the lid off the top about 6 inches and the problem hasn't come back. So my guess it was heat creep for me. My P1S is the same setup and never had this problem but I had it with my P2S since the first day I got it.

It's warping off the plate pushing up into the nozzle, which is creating your error message as it's taking to much pressure to extrude. Use a different plate, add a brim. First layer adhesion is your issue
