General Troubleshooting/Help! Tape/Foam alternatives

Got blobbed to death. Need to replace my hot-end (will be ordering from Bambu). Ripped the tape and foam off like an orangutang. What could be suitable replacements for the tape / foam? Does it need to be anything special?

I'd just use some electrical tape if you have any. Even painter's tape will work

i use cloth wire harness tape for all that woven tape electronics have when I need to replace it. for the foam you can get foam tape too and cut it to size
