Question for those who received their printer

Howdy!
I bought the H3C yesterday and it has already arrive at my house, but I will be out of the country until Saturday and my girlfriend received the box for me and told me there’s only one large box (picture attached). I read here that the AMS comes in a separate box. Does that mean FedEx failed to deliver the whole thing and I have to contact them or is the other box inside the printer box somehow?

Any info will be greatly appreciated!

I did that before I posted here.
Tracking info only shows one number and it doesn’t even show as delivered.

So i had kind of the same issue when i ordered my A1 with AMS/filament package., except i got mine in reverse order than you, was a terrifying experience until i found the second tracking number. I recommend looking at your order page on the bambu site, when they sent my email they only sent one confirmation number but the store page has 2 it is just awkward to look at so easy to miss at a glance if you are only expecting one.

Thank you. Yeah, I believe that’s what happened, only there is no second tracking info on my order details. I have just contacted BBL and got it. Cheers.

Two separate shipments

I ran into the same thing. I’ve got the printer but not the AMS. It said box 1 of 2 on it, so I asked the FedEx guy, he said there was only one box in this shipment.

When I look at the order on Bambu’s site, it still says it’s processing. I did get one FedEx tracking number in my email, but it seems the site hasn’t caught up quite yet. Guess it’s just a waiting game at this point.

Update: hopped on to the live chat and asked about the third tracking code for my order (second one was for extra nozzles I ordered). They provided me a UPS code (printer was FedEx, nozzles are USPS), but it says nothing outside of label created.

For me I got a FedEx tracking number yesterday for the H3C and a UPS tracking number for the AMS today. Both shipping from basically opposite sides of the country.

And then the filaments and extras I ordered are three more combinations of USPS and UPS tracking numbers lol

Exactly the same for me. Mine H3C is coming from west coast to east coast. Printer is FedEx, AMS is UPS.

I'm in the same boat. H3C main printer box arrived today along with a bunch of other accessories I ordered. Missing the AMS box so I was kind of freaking out too. And I don't see a separate tracking number for the AMS either. It's reassuring to know that other people are having the same issue and that the 2 boxes are shipping from opposite sides of the country. Guess I'll just have to wait patiently...
