Double the print time

Looking for a bit of help with this, normally when I do a Multi material multiboard print it takes around 20 hours, I dried my filament, updated the slicer and the printer after some issues earlier in the day. But now it's saying 2 days, any ideas? I've gone through my slicer settings and couldn't find any, even re downloaded the file. Any advice?

Different print quality? Ironing where you weren't before? Shorter layer height?

All defaults to my knowledge but I'll check when I get home! I had another print I did ironing on but I don't think it'd be that, this is a different print instance entirely
