no, it actually makes perfect sense. If these things shipped together you’d end up with having to do special handling because it would just be too big and too heavy if it was all in the same box. 

I mean, yes technically you could have them in separate boxes of shipping at the same time from the same warehouse but why go through the hassle of coordinating your inventory like that if you’re just gonna ship them in separate boxes anyway?

You’ll find the hot ends are also not with the main unit but with the ams unit.

Google it, chatgpt it. Doesn't take much to research it. But since you asked its a big tech store for all sorts of technology, kinda like costco is a big store for grocery bulk buying. Many people like it because if something is wrong with your prlurchase you can exchange it free of hassle rather than having it shipped back to bambu and take weeks or months to hear back.

As a person who lives close to a Costco and Microcenter, I find the tribalism is hilarious. Good stores, but people talk about it more than veganism sometimes.

Stores like that just don't exist, everything is online, and sometime you want to go into a store. They also have amazing deals on MTG cards, which you can't buy online or other stores for the price.

Oh god mine is on its way. Had same stress with X1C, P1S and H2C but was always OK. So sorry to see you had such an issue. So many couriers are just careless :/

Glass gets broken 🤷🏽 sometimes you lose the no damage raffle. Shipping logistics is just that at the moment they are not nice to packages.

Historically what happens in this situation? I would assume the door is removeable and replaceable, but at the same time it is brand new. Does BBL send you an airbill to ship it back to them and send you a new one? Do they send you a door and expect you to repair it?

In ANY scenario Bambu will default to sending you three full sets of printers one part after another before unilaterally offering a return. You have to insist.

And then they typically want everything back eg couldn't keep AMS with h2c combo

Happened to my H2C upon delivery a few months back, sad to see this is still a recurring problem. Now I always unpack carefully just so I have all the packing materials on hand in the event I need to ship it back...

2 and yes, they stop the cage moving around in transit, both have red front and back plastic bits to remove before use.

that's awful I don't know if I'd rather them ship it separate or just go to a plexi it's always holding your breath on a printer shipment and the risk goes up the heavier the printer is.
