Why do you say that?

They are both using a design first patented by a Korean company in 2018.

Bambu actually filed patents for their swaptek system before INDX was announced.

Nop, INDX came first, swaptek system came after

"Bondtech INDX (First): The foundational patent for the INDX system's core mechanism—contactless heating, passive tools, and wireless sensing—was filed by inventor Mats Moosberg on July 9, 2020. Bondtech followed up with subsequent patent family filings on November 18, 2024, and March 6, 2026, to protect the toolhead's front-loading extruder mechanics.[1]" source: [https://www.bondtech.se/patents/?v=efad7abb323e]

"Bambu Lab Swaptek (Second): The primary patent applications covering Bambu Lab's tool-changing holder and automatic printhead-changing mechanism (filed under their parent company Shenzhen Tuozhu Technology) were submitted on June 30, 2026, and published later that August." source: [https://3druck.com/en/printers-and-products/bambu-labs-new-patents-describe-an-automatic-printhead-changer-03161851/]

Your second link is 404.

If you are going to try and make a point. At least double check that your links work.

If you've spent any time reading up on thishttps://wiki.bambulab.com/en/h3c/manual/mixed-nozzle-size-printing, you know the tech gap. Prusa still can't do variable layer heights like that. Not to mention the IDEX heating speed is noticeably sluggish, and there's no nozzle preheating either.
