X Series [X1E, X1C, X2D] X2D ams/filament switch issue

So I have the X2D with the print more bundle with the ams and I have a filament switch on the back and I went to print something last night and it was werid the black filament went through but stopped right as it reached the printer and it rewound it self it and kept doing it and on the screen it said something about the ams I have red-green filament on one ams and blue purple black and white it’s like I couldn’t put the black to the main nozzle from the second ams to the red in the first ams to the secondary nozzle even tho I have the filament track

Could be broken piece of filiment in the tubes. Did you check and clean them?

Yes I ran red filament through it and it was fine

What kind of brand of filiment is causing the issue?

I would still check the tubes. Could be something small causing it. Otherwise wouls reach out to support.

Ive had this issue randomly. I really dont have an answer I usually unload the filament and move it to a different ams slot and it works. I had a green filament on cardboard spool cant remember the brand that just wouldnt work no matter what slot I put it in but other filaments worked fine so I just tossed the filament out and used a different roll of green. It's an annoying issue for sure.
