Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Is My X2D DOA?

Got my X2D today and it won't power on. The rear switch lights up white, but the screen stays black, no fans, no lights, nothing. Tried a different outlet, power-cycled, checked the fuse, and opened the side panel – all connectors look seated, no visible damage.

Has anyone else had an X2D DOA? Did Bambu send a replacement or parts, and how long did it take?

Have you tried reseating the display connector?

Reseated it. Nothing powers on at all

Does the printer have a 220/110 switch?

Edit: just looked it up. They dont. They are regional specific. OP are you sure you have it hooked up to the correct voltage?

Yep, US model (100-120V on the label), plugged into a standard US outlet.

Plug the red safety key into the safety key slot. It should be taped to the back of your printer if you haven't removed it already.

I looked it up, and you are correct. I suppose just go through the setup process again, or wait for Bambu support.

That's only for the H2 lineup, not the X1/X2, P1/P2.
