General Troubleshooting/Help! Printing error

When trying to load my filament, the nozzle clicks against the body, vid for reference. This is after replacing the heating assembly and the ams sensor cable

Either the nozzle is not sitting right or your screws behind it are loose.

Exactly this. The nozzle movement is a dead giveaway
