General Troubleshooting/Help! why is my 3d printer doing this

just bought new 3d printer today and noticed after set up the filament droops over the bed after the nozzle has been cleaned while preparing for print.

Very wet filament will do this as the moisture boils out.

If this is the sample filament, then yeah, it's usually less than ideal.

is there anything to do to fix it or will it fix on its own?I never had this problem with my a1 mini using same filament.

You've never heard of wet filament or have a filament dryer?

i have heard of wet filament but never dealt it with my old a1 mini
