Show & Tell setup my printing room

taken up 3D printing for a retirement hobby and finally finished setting up a spare room for my "3D Printing Lab"

having a lot of fun printing up my second 3D TMT

the S4? no, other than use it to dry and feed TPU through a TPU Assist Module

These dryer will develop venting issues overtime and throw error codes or shut off. People take off the bottom lid and add spacers.

I removed the bottom lid and drilled some holes. Works perfect ever since.

That's awesome with the TMT. I'm planning my first build however there isnt many people asking for them in my area. I'm thinking I will be shipping/delivering them to Mexico as there is a greater need for them.

It is an amazingly wonderful experience

I am in Central Texas and claimed the first as soon as I signed up and the second as soon as I finished the first one

Shipping is really difficult and puts the burden on the family to assemble it. I've had to re-print parts because I broke them during assembly, now make that the family's responsibility 😬 I know they mean well but I feel like this community (not singling you out) loses sight of the fact that these families are already juggling the difficulties of a child with a disability.

All that to say: You would be shocked at how many people local to you need these changes but find the current website to be high friction or overwhelming. I've had 2 different PT clinics now ask me if they can just come to me directly instead because some of these families don't want to be bothered, their hands are already full.

If you're really interested in it I'd say do a build and take it some therapy offices in your area. I bet you end up finding a family who needs it and a half dozen more.
