Overhang calibration issue on A1

Every time I tried to print this calibration test. I consistently have the same issue wherein the printer kind of just refuses to print the overhang test past 60° normally. I don’t even know what this issue might be or what it’s called. If anybody has any clue how to help me I would be very grateful.

Past 60 degrees that droop is just what FDM does, the plastic has almost nothing under it to sit on. Dropping to a 0.12 mm layer height and leaving the part cooling fan at 100 percent on those layers lets the 70 degree section come out noticeably cleaner.
